Posting an update.. Finally, I have successfully submitted full application to PEI. Expecting a confirmation by 2-4 weeks from what I've researched about PEI PNP processing time. Fingers crossed.

Hi,

It should basically be Skilled Worker since PEI PNP eligibility is either Skilled worker or Skilled Trades or CEC. Since you are not into trades and CEC it should be FSWP which is Skilled. I too have chosen Skilled Worker.

Coming to your next question, yes, the photograph has to be scanned and sent along with the rest of the applications and forms, etc. You only courier the Bank Overdraft physically to Office of Immigration, PEI.

Thank you! Well, I just googled and referred PEI websites and few posts here and as per that I have sent the settlement plan. Below are the process which you would need to explain on.


Checklist:

· Find a Place to Live

· Apply for Social Insurance Number

· Apply for PEI health Card

· Apply for Driver License

· Open a Bank Account

· Employment

Add family if you are going with your spouse and or kids. Brief about all the points clearly as per your preference in own words, that should do it.

in which format did you submit your documnents?? I prepared all documents in pdf format, folder size was too high, even 70 MB after compressing. I received a reply from them to submit all documents in pdf only. i believe they are not able to unzip that folder.

Is there any other way to submit documents??

Yes, I submitted in PDF but, couple of letters that I've submitted were in docx i.e. Settlement Plan and Letter of Explanation. The rest were all in PDF. Mine was around 27 MB after compression. However, I did not get any email from PEI after I submitted all the documents. Hence, I am guessing that they are satisfied with the documents that I have submitted.

Did you submit a formal application along with the fee of $300 CAD?? If yes, you can drop an email asking them to provide an update. But do not forget to put in the same subject line as you got so that they will be able to identify your file easily.

No they did not ask me to pay the application fee yet, I got mail in my EE profile stating that PEI is interested in nominating me for the PNP and should contact the PEI government .
I contacted through mail with my acceptance along with EOI mentioning why I accept with the letter I got in EE

Yup it is different in fact my scenario is different too, I got that mail without applying for PNP, I did not submit my EOI inspite of it I got the consideration for nomination mail in my EE, that could be the cause.

Oh I see.. In that case I do not know how exactly it works and what process they follow if they contact you prior EOI. But I believe they will reply you on the status when you follow up.

Yup I have already given them a second mail keeping CC to the program director and planning to give the third on new year , hehe fingers crossed.
