I received the same notification too.
It requested that i should contact them directly. I'm still struggling to understand the details on how to do that.
I don't have a PEI profile before the notification came in to my EE profile.
Any ideas will be well appreciated.

How much points in pei pnp eoi system and do u have a job offer in pei

Hi,
we have a score of 416 in EE profile, However we created PEI EOI and got 72 points with no job offer.
Is it worth waiting for this score? Currently in India, NOC code is 2173.
please guide us. thanks

Posting an update.. I got ITA from yesterday's draw Below is my timeline.

EOI Sent: 15 Dec 2017
NOI Received: 21 Dec 2017
Application Submitted to PEI: 27 Dec 2017
Nominated: 29 Dec 2017
ITA Received: 10 Jan 2018
NOC: 2171

Congrats!

Please assist on question below;

1. List of documents/PNP forms to be submitted under PEI PNP SKILLED WORKER stream?

2. All documents to be certified from lawyer?

3. IELTS is going to expire on NOV 2018, is it fine to submit application before it expires?

I applied to PEI through EOI today and got a score of 60. My EE profile has a CRS of 389 with NOC 4163 primary and NOC 2283 secondary. Is there any hope of getting NOI? Else I have to write IELTS again and hope to get a CRS 452.
