I don't know anything about pei score I just checked online and assessed myself..no job offer,,no relatives..do you know if I still need to create an EOI acct? I already accepted their letter in my EE profile and sent them an email but no reply, no instructions..as in nothing.

I am also planning to apply to PEI PNP but i don't have any job offer or relatives there.
Generally they issue NOI to those who have job offer. so chances are very slim but want to try my luck.

You get 600 points from provincial nomination. So you are guaranteed to get ITA
