Just wanted to share the response I got from PEI PNP office.. Below I have pasted the same.

At this time we are not interested in your expression of interest. We will keep your information on file for 12 months and within anytime in that 12 months there is a labour shortage in your field of work you could be contacted.

Sorry to hear that, but at least it shows the PEI office is alive in 2017.

Thanks.. Yeah they are active this year... Hope they re-consider my profile after some time... or i would try again next year.. as my profile got some attention of them to have a look...

Not entirely sure, but it seems like they aren't interested in NOCs related to IT, haven't seen any IT nomination from them
