one of my close friends found a job in PEI, its a very small company and hasn't been operating for over a year yet.
She hasn't received a formal offer letter yet and it turns out that the company has no HR section. Upon further inquiry it turns out her boss is taking advantage of a government program for new graduate in which the government pays for half of the salary for the new graduate.
She is concerned that the experience might not count valid for CEC because a) the company is fishy b) the company may not fit to be an employer by the terms and conditions of IRCC.
What can she do in this case?
