i apply for international student stream ... i got pnp .. then i apply paper file .. in august .. till now i am waiting ..

yes. I applied PR but didn’t choose pnp stream.

More than the PR application I think you should first focus on the Criminal charges and make sure you have them withdrawn if possible, it can be done in few ways consult a lawyer. And signing a peace bond by itself doesn't make you inadmissible unlike a conviction. You application might get delayed until your criminal charge has an outcome.
