Hi All

I have an Express Entry profile and I was looking into applying to one of the PNPs, I have a few simple questions:

  • PDF forms need to be signed physically? so i have to fill it, print it, sign it then scan it and upload the document or can i just submit them without being signed? this is for an example for form Schedule 4. On CIC website it says not to print the application, this is confusing as this is not an application and its a form
  • For additional family info form (5406) - the main applicant one is very obvious but when its the spouse turn to submit, who's name is listed as the applicant in this case?
  • for Schedule 4 - Which provincial government has nominated you? do I put for example saskatchewan or do i put N/A as i am still in the process of applying and have not been nominated yet?
sorry if these were posted somewhere else but i couldnt find anything to be honest

Since no one cared to answer, i figured them out from SK themselves, i posted them in case anyone wondering:

Point # 1 – Electronic signatures are accepted by the SINP for all required forms.

Point #2 - When a spouse is submitting the form, they can put themselves as applicant and then you would be listed as spouse. It is most important to have the form filled out in its’ entirety, signed by all required parties and attached to your SINP application.

Point # 3 – For which provincial government has nominated you, you may list Saskatchewan in the box.

Point # 4 – No photo is required with your application to the SINP.
