PDF document question

How do you sign a PDF document electronically without opening an Adobe account and paying annual fee? For example, IMM-5532 requires e-signature. I know there are free online tools to create e-signatures, but they all fail when I upload the PDF document. It displays "Please wait.... if this message is not eventually replaced by the proper contents...."

To sign with Adobe you don't need an account. This form is really awkward to sign. If you want to do it electronically:
1. fill it out
2. Print the file into another PDF. Usually this option is available on most computers. You may google for doPDF tool if you don't have print to PDF option.
3. Open in Acrobat Reader,
4. In the Sign menu press Fill&sign
5. Locate signature fields (there is 4 in total)
6. With fill&sign pressed, position your mouse over the field and click.

Now you can write into this field.
