like i already sent when i applied again they request indian pcc and from each country where i spend more than 6 months.

actually they are askign everyone for RCMP clearence now according to alot of people on this forum and they asked me too. IF i were to do the application again i would include it.

They are NOT asking everyone for an RCMP clearance. It is, once again, only if the name-based check (which CIC will do for ALL applicants) returns something other than "no record." If you have a common name, for example...
