i m traveling to india soon and i got my PCC recently, so will my PCC expire if im gone for 2 months? Do i have to apply again after coming back?

Depends on whether you've submitted your PR application and received AoR. If no, then yes, your PCC will be invalid as it will no longer covers your entire duration in India.
