I live for about 10 years in one city but just for appearing in inter exams I traveled to my hometown within these 10 years and got that inter certificate from there,so is it is necessary to get pcc from my hometown also???? It seems very difficult to get pcc from my hometown

The PCC is usually issued for the entire country. If you could mention the name of the country, it will be much easier to provide exact information.
In simple words if a person lives in a single country for a10 years but in different cities so is it is necessary to get pcc from each city???
For Pakistan, the PCC is issued by the police department in each city. So you will need the PCC from each city, mentioning all your addresses.
For most of the countries, the PCC is issued by a central authority, in which case only one PCC works. But this will not be the case for you.
