Hi can anyone tell me I got my pcc certificate on 9th sept 2019 & its validity is expiring on upcoming 9th March .do I need to reissue pcc as I have got no response yet .I got my aor on 28th oct 2019

Hi everyone, I have a question.
I applied for my canada PR. I got my ITA. I am Married in 2019 November and my Spouse is not accompanying me. I and my husband live in USA and would like to apply my husband's PCC from Chicago Indian Consulate.
My questions are:
1. While applying my Spouse Indian PCC, Should I include Marital Status as Married or Single? Does including Single affect anything?
2. I got my PCC 2019 April when I am single and I am intending to use it, as it is not expired yet. Will this effect anything?
3. Does Indian Consulate at Chicago ask for Marriage certificate or Spouse name added to my passport to issue my husband's PCC?
