Greetings to all the forum members, I have a query regarding the police clearance certificate, according to IRCC one has to furnish a pcc from places they have stayed for more than six months after turning 18 years of age.I am a permanent resident of Karnal, Haryana but i have been living with my mother in Delhi since 1999, I turned 18 in year 2005 inspite of that I have all my documents be it Aadhar,Voter Id, Driving License made from my permanent address itself, from Delhi all that I can show is a rent agreement notarized in my mother's name which also mentions I being her son live in that particular accommodation from year 2008 to year 2018 from 2005 to 2008 we lived in a different place but in the same area, therefore my question is from where should I get my pcc done New Delhi PSK or Haryana PSK, To add to that i did my graduation from Bangalore, Karnataka from year 2007 to 2010 do I have to get a pcc from there as well, if yes then how since it's been so long that i have left that city how will it be possible to get a pcc from Bangalore.Sorry for the long post.

PCC is for a country and not for state.
You may need to go to PSK at the place where your passport is issued. While updating details for PCC, you may need to give details of places you worked/stayed etc...
