Can I get PCC done back home by myself or do I have to apply it via Indian Consulate in Toronto?

I applied it in BLS in Vancouver. I hope it will be same over there as well.

Really depends on where you are at this point. If you are talking about India and you are in Toronto, go to BLS brampton. Takes around 3 weeks for your passport to come bacl

Frankly I had a very nice time there

Just do it...they told me 6 as well but it came in 3 weeks.

Just make sure you have all the documents -

1. Photos (See Specs) 35' 35'
2. 3 Ref forms
3. Filled application
4. Money to pay
5. Your work permit and passport to submit
6. very important, SMILE..... ....Just talk nicely to them and they will help you out.
