Hai,
I am indian national.I lived In dubai from 2002 to 2008,Currently residing in Kingdom of Bahrain.Do I require
PCC from all these 3 countries or from home country and current country.Do i require to submit my passport
along with application package or later?

Visa officer may require a PCC for every country you lived in for more than 6 months since you turned 18...
