Hello, I’ve an Indian PCC issued last year. I travelled to India for a week in April. Do I need a new PCC or is my old one still valid since i didn’t stay there for 6 months? Kindly advise.

I used my old one. I got a new one just in case but they didn’t ask for it even though I sent a letter of explanation that I’ve applied for a new one. Hope that helps!

I am currently in Canada. I will get my PCC in start of December, however I plan to visit India in end of December and will stay there for 3 months. Meanwhile I should get an ITA in Jan based on the cutoff. Can I apply with this same PCC from India? Will this PCC be valid as it is within 6 month criteria?
I’m not qualified to answer that question. I only went for a week so I guess it wasn’t a “stay” and more like a “visit.” I do know one of my friends who went to India for 3 months did apply for a new PCC for her PR.
