Does lived apply to my home country as well??

Yes, in PCC language, there is your current country of residence and everything else is country you lived in the past (be it your home country).

Thanks for the replies guys , my current residence is where I work but via a investment in a neighbouring country I have residency there too. Hence I will explain in me loe because going back for a new pcc is costly and also that residency is on my old passport . timely and costly procedure.
