Hi guys I need a bit information regarding about uk pcc for canada pr
I lived in uk on tier 4 student visa while I was on a holiday when I was returning from india to London Heathrow airport in the airport I was caught for bringing 2 pack of cigarettes which my friend had send me so when I caught border agency people they didn't arrested or prisoned they gave a warning letter not to repeat again my consent is now will it be stated in uk pcc and will it be problem for canada pr visa pls some help me guys

No it will not come up ....you haven’t done any crime.UK pcc only shows crime convictions not warnings .

Hi Priyankac, Just wanted to ask how did you go about it? I also stayed in the UK for 11 months in 2 visits and it has been more than 10 years since I have been there last. Could you advise what is the criteria/requirement to get a PCC for my case. And if one is infact needed, how to go about getting one. Would highly appreciate your kind feedback. Thanks!
