PCC through Indian Consulte In Chicago

Hi All,
Anyone who got PCC for Canada Immigration for passport issued in India from Indian consulates in US? And how long does it takes?

Also, any non-indian citizen got PCC from Chicago or any other consulate in US , and how long does it takes?

Any information will be greatly appreciated.
