PCC status did not change from last 1 month

Hi Everyone,

My PCC application status is same from last one month. what to do and whom should I contact to?

Status: "Police Verification has been initiated and a request has been sent to Indian Embassy/Consulate. PCC needs to be collected from the Indian Embassy/Consulate where the applicant applied after a 'Clear' Police Verification Report is received at the Indian Embassy/Consulate."

Been like this from April 16, 2021.

I contacted them and they said their department is different and they do not know anything.
and I can not find any other department to contact to.
