PCC SouthKorea - URGENT HELP REQUIRED

Hi Friends,

I need PCC from Southkorea but I don't have any contact in Southkorea. I had been to the local Korean Embassy but they can only provide the background verification report but not the Criminal Verification Report with verification done on lapsed records.
Since it's been more than 10 years now finding a connect is slightly challenging task, secondly I need to also get the power of attorney notorised and validated. I could download the korean version from google (both the forms). Can someone help me with the filled application form and filled power of attorney form, I can use it as a case reference.

Any support in this regard will be very helpful.

I don't have a lot of experience with South Korea but if I were in your situation I would contact a few English speaking S. Korean lawyers and ask them to give you a quote for helping you get a S. Korean PCC, which should include a power of attorney and application to the government agency and sending you the PCC. Compare quotes, and choose the one that's cheapest. It's not a complicated job so it should not be too expensive. You can post on South Korean expat facebook groups that you are looking for a south korean lawyer.
