Can you please provide the address to send PCC original certificates.

Actually few months back I send to below address:

219 Laurier Avenue West, 7th floor, section B
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1
Canada

When my friend sent mail to CIC they provided below address:

Canada Post:

CPC – Ottawa
PO Box 9780
Ottawa ON, K1G 4B9

Courier:

CPP – Ottawa
365 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa ON K1A 1L1

Please confirm which address my friend can use it.
