Hello

I have provided my personal history of 13 Years for my express entry application. However, I have only provided PCC for 10 years, as required by the official IRCC website. I wanted to ask if my application can be rejected on this basis and if I Should've provided PCC for 12 years as well or just for 10 years is fine?

Hey! its Amanullah’s wife here mentioning some additional dates for better understanding-

Pakistan PCC dates- April 01, 2013 to date

Address history
April 01, 2013- till date Pakistan address (same as PCC)
Jan’14-Jan’15 Coventry Address when went for masters
December’12-Jan’14- Pakistan Address
March 2010-December 2012- UK when went for masters

These dates are aligned with personal history, education and travel history with all stamped passports attached.

Our question here is that the PCC from Pakistan starts from April 2013, however he was in Pakistan from December 2012.
April 2013 is the 10 year timeline date
december 2012 goes three months beyond the 10 year timeline.
So basically a 3 months gap in PCC.

Should we be worried?

PCC has to cover your entire duration. Not just the last 10 years of address history.

So what should we do now? Raise a webform and let them know?
I don't know how the PCC process at Pakistan is, but wouldn't filing a PCC covers all duration regardless? In India, sometimes when we get our PCC issued from a local police station they only check listed addresses and don't cover all duration, but when we do it from our passport office - it covers everything.

You should confirm if the PCC covers all duration. Most likely it should.

Without PCC covering full duration, your application will be cancelled.

PCC in Pakistan is date specific and using the 10 year methodology, we started the PCC from April 2013 that is 10 years back from now. However in address history, we go back to December 2012. Will they reconsider if I generate a webform?

Yes, if you can get PCC to cover the rest of the dates, you can send it to IRCC through a webform. Also, worth asking these questions to someone who did PCC from Pakistan (look for Pakistan PCC specific threads).

Hey. Can you provide an update? What did you do and how did it turn out? Thanks
