PCC requested second time along with Medicals

Hi Experts,

Have a doubt, in my initial FSW application I included the orginal police certificate both for myself and my wife.

Yesterday I received a mail from Delhi office asking me to pay Landing fee and submit the pcc.

My question is this just a template or they are specifically asking me to submit one more time ?

Because I already included in my application why are they asking me to submit pcc again ?

If your first PCC is more than 1 year old, they are asking you to submit a new one.
