I aquired france pcc for my previous stay in france a couple of months ago, that pcc covers all the years i spent there. however i had to go to france again about two weeks ago and i stayed no more than 10 days. Do i need to request another pcc. Please advise thanks.

Yes, a new PCC is needed. It should be issued after you leave a country unless it's for your current country of residence.
But I DID get the pcc AFTER i left france in 2013, now i came back recently for 2 days, do you really think pcc is needed for these 2 days? This is insane, my pcc is only 2 months old.
Yes it is necessary to get the new PCC since you visited France again. How can the CIC know for what purpose you went to France recently?? But yes, its entirely upto you to whether get the new PCC or not. If you indeed do decide to get your new PCC from France you will have a smooth sail ahead, else unfortunately prepare to get rejected. PCC rejections are happening all too frequently nowadays. If you've already received an ITA& submitted your app, no, it's not needed. Otherwise, yes. Get a new one.
