Hello Folks!
I am an Indian citizen but have been in US for 8 yrs (H1B) and my passport was issued in NY. I am working on sending paperwork to FBI for my US PCC however can I get an Indian PCC from the Indian consulate in NY as my passport was issued in the US? Or do I still need to get it from India? I saw on some discussion threads that it is possible to get PCC from Indian consulate if your passport is issued outside India...is this true?
Can someone please advise?? :-\
