Hi,

I understand that the applicants are required to provide a PCC from all countries lived in for more than 6 months in last 10 years, but I have 2 queries regarding the PCC requirements for Express Entry Outland applicants:

1. How does IRCC determine the no. of PCCs required, as no travel history is provided pre ITA?

2. Does IRCC by default asks everyone for 2 PCCs post-ITA (one from home country + one from current country of residence) and expects applicants to provide the documents as applicable in their case (1, 2 or both)?

1. PCC's are requested post ITA. They are going to match it with your travel history.
2. You need PCC for: you and your family members who are 18 years or older and every country you (or a family member) stayed in during the last 10 years for 6 months or more in a row. If you have recently moved to your current country of residence (less than 6 months), then you don't need to provide the PCC. However, IRCC may ask for it later.
