MY wife and I have lived in India and UK since the age of 18. I am yet to enter the pool as I am waiting for my wife's WES to be completed. We both have our PCCs issued recently. However, the PCCs only have issue dates and do not have any other dates. How can I get the PCC to be issued to cover the dates since we turned 18?

If you haven't been to the UK after your PCC was issued, you should be fine. It covers your entire stay in the UK.

I am living in the UK at the moment. I have visited India on holidays. The stamps are on my passport but the PCCs have no dates.

The PCC I have from India doesn't have specific dates as well(except one on top date of PCC issued)

I believe PCC of India just says that you don't have any criminal record in India that covers all of your stays in India

When you are submitting your eAPR, ensure that PCC from UK is not older than 6 months and the PCC from India was issued after your last visit to India.

What would happen if I move back to india after submitting all my documents? I may change my country of residence from UK to India during the processing time. Would they ask me for new PCC or would they just reject my application when I inform them that I have relocated back to india from the uk.

Yes, the similar question. What if during Family Sponsorship application processing the PA visit another country for more than 6 months? For example, we submitted application from US ( and still waiting FBI PCC) in October 2017. The processing time looks like 12 months or so. What do we do if after submitting application the PA accumulate more than 6 months somewhere else, let say several trips to Germany ( more than 6 months total)?
