PCC- Police Clearance Certificate- Spouse Stayed around 175 days in USA continuously, is PCC required ?

Hello Everyone,
I have applied outland Spouse sponsorship.

I have one query for my wife , she has stayed in USA for around 175 days, when we applied for sponsorship file she was in USA, right now she is in india. She was on visitor visa in USA, visiting her sister. We got our AOR, my question is does she require USA PCC? rule says that 6 months in a row.
Will IRCC ask for PCC for USA, shall we go for PCC before hand or wait for IRCC? How can I apply for PCC for USA

Well, since you are guesstimating that she was there for "around 175 days", she might want to get her FBI Identity History Summary Check (PCC), just in case your math is not quite right. Besides, if she does not and IRCC later requests one, it will only add to the delay, but...could also be an issue if they determine that she was in the U.S. for 6 months.
