Hello everyone,

I applied my PR on April 2nd and received my AOR on May 13th. Well my application was missing a PCC and the latest NOA as I didnt have them at that time. I recently got my PCC but still waiting on the latest NOA but I was really confused about how long can I wait to send the missing documents after receiving AOR? I just don't want the VO to reject my application due to those documents. My ECAS has already changed from Application received to In Process, any help will be appreciated.

Cheers

My understanding is NOA should be sent right away, PCC could be sent by CIC's request, of course you could send them after AOR too.

- Are there cases where CIC doesn't require PCC?
- What do you mean by Notice of Assessment?

Deepa,

Eventhough your ECAS has changed to 'In process', the processing will take its own sweet time. The mini. processing time that I have heard is 6-7 months (the current pace is 10-11 months). Do not expect anything less than that. You have received AOR mid this month. Send out your PCC first and relax you have a long way to go. No problem for you to submit your NOA in the next 1-2 months.

Hello all,

I'm about to apply for PR from India under CEC.

having issues in PCC, worked 2 yrs at USA. Do we need to get PCC from US also?

Thanks in advance for your answers.

Thanks for your reply Andy. Even though I know the process is gonna take its sweet time I still wanted to make sure if I can wait a bit to send the missing documents.

P.S. My name is Deep...Ahuja is last name !!

Cheers

Hi Deep, You don't have to worry right now...just wait for the documents and update your file once you receive them. Your application is still in it's initial phase
