PCC photo too dark(almost black), not recognizable - URGENT !!

Hi everyone,

I got my indian PCC and photo is too dark, its almost black square box with unrecognizable face. however signature and stamp is in colour and it has all the other required info such as passport no., father name etc.. Can i use this PCC or do i need to get new one? Did any one face this problem before? if yes whats the process? I have received ITA and limited no. of days to submit. Please help,

Try some image editor, online or app, to enlighten and add some contrast.

And you can submit it the way it is, but order a new one to get ready for the ADR.

Can they reject the application on the basis of this instead of ADR?

Yes, they can, but if you don't have a choice, just go ahead, try to enhance it, add a letter of explanation, stating that you have requested a new PCC.
