PCC period, how far back?

How far back does a PCC need to go?
You must get one from each country or territory where you have spent six or more months since the age of 18. For example:

if you visited, worked or lived in a country for two months, left for a few years, then returned for four months, that counts as spending six months there. In this case, you would need a certificate.
Say I moved from Country A to Country B when I was 18 and 3 months old and resided in Country B for many years. I then returned to country A and have been resident there for 3 years till date.

I got a PCC from country B relating to the period I was resident there but Country A specifically notes my residence on their PCC as being the past three years (exact dates of residence written on PCC). Do I also need another PCC to cover the short period between turning the age of 18 and when I moved to country B?

Dates:
- Turned 18 in Country A
- 22 days later travelled to Country B, stayed there for 36 days and returned to Country A.
- Stayed in Country A for 33 days and moved to Country B.
- Returned to Country A after many years and have been there for the past 3 years.

PCC issued from Country B to cover the entire period I was there.
PCC issued from Country A to cover the past 3 years only.
Do I need a PCC from Country A to cover the period I was there in the period following my 18th birthday and would this have to cover just time I was actually there (22+33=55 days) or the full 91 days I was technically resident there?

Please help.

You need PCC from country B after you left.
You need PCC from country A where you are currently staying.
For both after you turned 18 years of age.

PCC from country B after you left> Check
PCC from country A where you are currently staying> Check
For both after you turned 18 years of age> Check (only spent 6+ months in these two countries since age 18)

I meet these requirements but my concern is as follows:

A PCC is meant to cover your entire criminal history in that country till the date it was issued. The only problem is that Country A has stated my most recent period of continuous residence on it. Could the CIC could question why it states this period specifically and not all the other periods that I was in Country A since turning 18?

It is possible that CIC will require a new PCC covering the entire time since you were 18. If you can get it, you should try.

The PCC issued does cover the entire time there since I was 18 but it happens to note (only) my current period of residence there. This may be construed by the CIC as meaning that it covers only the specified dates.

I am going to try to get them to change the wording, either to remove dates altogether and just say that the PCC covers me from 18 till date, for whenever I was resident here, or to include all the dates.

Huge hassle getting them to change the PCC. I've been in and out of this particular country, with say 1-3 months each year for many years. The PCC issued is technically sufficient because the criminal check always checks the full record till date, but they insisted on writing my most recent continuous period on it. Initially they said I need a new PCC for each period of residence, which would mean 10+ PCCs and is quite ridiculous and expensive so now I've been told to go to some obscure office and plead my case.

In comparison my UK PCC was a breeze, all information online and instantly processed.
