can you please advice how to get that for my wife who is living in singapore now?

Your wife need to go to SPF( singapore police force) at cantoment complex builing and bring her passport, ID card and photo ( che can take photo at that placd also). she need to take and fill the form at that place. Beside that she need to do finger printed. The fee is 45 SGD. the waiting time is approximately 20 days.
