Dear Friends, I am working in a Dubai and holding a India passport. As a part of procedure to send PCC, Can i make it from India or i need to compulsory make it from Consulate of India from Dubai.

Please share your views.

I am in the US, and I got mine from the Indian Consulate. You need to send them your passport though, and they stamp your passport with the date your PCC was issued. This may be a problem if your passport is not in your possession.

Yes you can get from India passport office.

Thanks. Means PCC from india will work. There is no compulsion to have it from Dubai through Indian consulate.
