PCC of India from New York...???Seniors PLEASE GUIDE ?

Hi,

I wanted to know if I can go Inperson and show the passport and submit the PCC form, are they gonna keep my passwort with them...?? I need my passport back as i will be visitng some place's ??

Or Cn't we just mail the photo copies of passport along with the PCC Form !!

Not sure abt NY but Washington DC returned application for someone who sent notarized copies of passport.

Same day may not be possible... but you can try your luck but reaching to them...


I got it 15 days after sending it by post....

If your passport was issued from New York consulate then they may issue PCC same day otherwiese it takes few days. They will not accept notorized photocopies. If you go there in person, application for miscellaneous services are accepted until 12.00 noon and documents are delivered same day at 4:30 pm.

Here is my experience ..

We submitted our PCC application and copies of passport to NY and then we got a call from them after approx. 20 days to submit our original passport.

we did submitted the passports in the morning and took it with PCC in the evening
