PCC not requested from origin country in ITA

Hi,
I received an ITA for the FSW program. The document checklist however does not include a request for PCC from India (my origin country). It only includes a PCC request from US where I currently live. I have lived in the US since the past 10 years and hence my personal activities and past addresses only include the US.
Have anyone of you encountered a similar situation?
How does the system determine if a PCC is required?

I would go with ‘since you were 18’ instead of just 10 years. Even though they ask for 10 year history, they tend to request for a much longer history later. In any case, how old are you? If 28 I would leave it as it is.
