PCC name error

If there is a error or spelling mistake with the last name on spouse PCC from another country, will it be acceptable by CIC. If there is an error with just one letter, instead of "s" they put "z". The PCC is very hard to get again and will take a lot of time, can this be sent as it is to CIC? It is only one letter on the last name and the last letter, instead of s it says z all other information is correct.

Send the same to CIC, dont worry. By the same time write a letter to the place you got the PCC, they will replace it. In the mean time if CIC ask you about it you should be ready for replacement.

No, that is still in process, this is for me.. I will just send it like that and if they ask then I will buy more time to correct the typo.

If someone else experienced this please share as what usually happens in this kind of situation.
