PCC issued in Chicago, Can I use it to apply from New Delhi.

Hi,
I have been looking in the posts and over the internet everywhere but I couldn't find an answer to my doubt
I am an Indian, living in Chicago. I plan to apply for Canada PR from my home country - New Delhi, India.
I already have a PCC issued from Indian consulate in Chicago. I got this one made cuz first i was planning to apply from here.
But now, i have decided to move back to India for good , in Aug.
This PCC was issued to me quite recently in feb 2012. Can i use the same PCC letter for my Canada PR application from Delhi, or do I have to get a apply for a fresh application in the regional passport office once I move to Delhi.
I really hope i can use this PCC as its not even been a yr so its still valid. Though Im not sure if applications coming from delhi SHOULD AND MUST have PCCs issued from Delhi passport office.

Nope, it will be older than 3 months when you send your application to CIO Sydney so won't be valid.

So u mean if I get a new pcc while I'm in Chicago.as long as it's within 3 months,I can use the same document in application from Delhi ?

do i have to submit again the pcc when cic sends medical request as i submitted it with the documentation. i,m in india for last 2 years but before
was in uk.
