I have a question.
My friend received request to upload PCC to his TR to PR pathway application on May 05, 2022.
He has old PCC issued on June 02, 2021. Which is more then 6 months old.
He also revisited India after PCC was issued.
Does he needed new PCC ? if so then what is the reason?
Is it because of OLD PCC or Revisit or Both?
