If you are applying from PSK, for some it takes 1 day, while for majority it takes 3 days and some cases it could go up to a week or more.

01 to 2 weeeks, depend upon your local police verification person ..

I applied from BLS Vancouver on Feb 17, 2016. Received PCC on May 17, 2016.

I applied through BLS edmonton and exactly 9th day i collected it from BLS office

If you are applying from PSK, India then it depends.

I've observed that if your address was verified by the local police station while issuing your passport, then they would have the same in their records and you would get your PCC on the same day.

Otherwise, it takes minimum 3 weeks.
