PCC India—processing times

Hi there
I want to know prcessing time for PCC india applied from canada through BLS

I got ITA already and prepairing documents, all I am missing is my PCC and we have only 60 days to submit the file.
I had my last year pCc but i went to india in November 2023 for 45 days and lawyer said they need new PCC and I wasnt aware of this and thought it should be valid as less then 6 months travel

i want to be sure will I get it on time or not?

Do a walkin on BLS for PCC. You won't easily get an appointment. Go and get in the line as early as you can in the morning. PCC from BLS can easily take 3-4 weeks.
