PCC from US, past addresses?

I've resided in the US for 17 years but my PCC only uses the last address I resided in (since 2016). Would I need to get separate PCC for all the dozens of addresses I lived in since 2000? Thank you

That's just your address of current residence and it doesn't imply that it is meant for that address alone. It is the criminal record as of the date of issue for the whole country.
