Dear Experts

I am applying for Canada FSW program and as a process, I need to submit PCC's (Police clearance certificates) from all countries where my stay was more than 6 months.

I managed to get PCC from my home country (India). I was there in Uruguay for about 17 months on Onsite Deputation with Business Visa.

Now, How can i get PCC from Uruguay? Unfortunately it is a mandatory document without which my process cannot go ahead.

I tried calling Uruguay Embassy office in Delhi, India but they said they cannot help me with it.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Thanks

Yes, I saw the link provided and called Uruguay Embassy office in my Country (Delhi, India) but they said they said they cannot process the request and if i have to get a PCC from Uruguay, I have to be in Uruguay in Person which is highly not possible for me :(

You can send your application without PCC now.

@ttrajan, Where did you get this information from? Could you please share a reference stating that PCC is not required for Canada FSW program?

Thanks in advance.

You have to submit later if CIC ask for PCC.

If we know the process, it will even help any other who is in a similar situation.

Anyways, if CIC comes back and asks me to submit the document. I will have to do the same research and run around again.

Can someone please throw light on who is VO and how to approach them?

Thanks in advance.

VO is visa office. Have you submitted your file?

I submitted my Express entry application in January 2015 and sitting with 362 points. I know PCC is a mandatory document at some stage of the process, so i am trying to gather it.
