PCC from UK Please help me

Hi folks,

I am living in India now and i submitted my application on may 20. got my PER and waiting for MR, PCC and other procedures. I lived in UK from 2008 to 2012 and i know i have to get the PCC from UK.

My doubt is, I was planning to apply for FSW in 2013 and i took PCC from UK last year around october, But then my category got filled up and i dropped my plan to apply and applied in 2014 again. After 2012 i never visited UK again. So whether the PCC will be valid or i have to apply another PCC from uk?

Someone told me that i lived in UK only upto 2012 and took my PCC on 2013 last and never went back to UK after that i should not need to take again .. Please help me and if i have to apply again i need to apply so quick again : :

You need a new PCC. This is not open to debate.

You need a new PCC. This is not open to debate.

You can apply with old PCC now but if Visa officer may ask you to submit new PCC. Therefore, It is better to apply with new PCC

i dont understand why because from my passport i submit to the VO they can understand i have not been to UK after that ryt? so what kind of crime am i going to do in UK after leaving UK for more than 2 and half year now and got a PCC last year end already .

As others have said, it doesn't matter. You need a new PCC if you want your application to be approved - the old one isn't going to be accepted. Arguing this issue here isn't going to change that.

yes brother. you are right. But as per requirement, better to submit new PCC. You can apply now with old PCC with explanation and try to get new one if VO ask you then you can submit. it is not mandatory to

to submit PCC with your application. you can submit later.

I am from UK had lived here in caanda for 3 years and submited my Application with my UK PCC from when I came here 2011. CIC still requested a PCC for 2014 eevn though I had not lived there since 2011. So I suggest you get a new one.
