Anyone, help

Need you to please clarify.

About to submit eAPR. Got all I need but read on some thread that some person got a rejection for not submitting a PCC from the country he took an online program from. Is this true? Would I be needing a PCC from U.K. for running a 4year online master program?

Make sure you state clearly in your LOE that it was a degree not conducted in the UK and that you never lived there (more than 180 days)

And don't make the mistake of putting country of study - UK

The location of your study is where you were physically located and not where the institute is located. If this was the case, I would be so tempted to take an online course from a Canadian institution to claim points for Canadian education.

Thought so too but just need to be sure... plan to submit next week Friday

But the study form asks for city/location of study....

Was it a distance learning course or where you physically present in the UK while taking such course?

Not physically present. Was a distance course .

Then country of study is where you were residing when taking such distance course, not the UK.

Just add a letter of explanation that your program was a distance learning program, and that you were not physically present in the UK at that time.

Just curious, did you spend any time at all in the UK for this (or other reasons?) Remember the 6 months is cumulative -

In my case, I had stayed only for one week, a residency week for the course. I even still have the in my passport the visa of 10 days showing the purpose of visit: short term student visa. I have also attended the graduation ceremony but in this time it was a tourist visa. Overall, I haven't stayed for more than two weeks counting both visits.
