PCC from UAE No Emirates ID

Dear all,

I lived in Dubai for 6 months in 2012 and never had an Emirates ID. I also don't have my residence permit as I lost my old passport. However, I have my Entry Permit which allowed me to enter the country as an employee.

I know I need my fingerprints taken and approved. I have couple of questions

1) Should I still apply online and send my documents by mail?

2) I remember I gave my fingerprints in Dubai. Is there a way to receive my PCC online without writing an Emirates ID?

2) Do you think Dubai Police accepts my Entry Permit instead of the residence visa?
