PCC (from Karachi Pakistan)

My spouse lived in two different districts (East & Central) in Karachi, a police station say there will be two PCCs (for east and Central), so i will upload those two, any issue?

Ideally PCC is for a city regardless.
Also consider address for last 10 years.

Now this is weird. People say one PCC for one country.

Other felow Pakistanis are getting a PCC made for each city.
Now you're saying PCC per address, even if that makes 2 PCC per city?

What is the right way to go about it?

Ofcoarse khi police station know nothing about IrCC requirements.

P.s i am in the same boat, yet to visit a police station.

My father visited a police station in Karachi (east district) for my spouse PCC, as she has lived in two different districts the police officer said he can give only for East, rest is with the other police station in central.

As per my understanding, this is what police station has told you. IRCC doesn't need you to send PCC for each address. I think getting one PCC from Karachi should suffice; east or central doesnt matter.

Can you tell us what were the required documents? And did they give pcc upfront or called some other day?

A checklist was given to my father ticked with few following items;


Photocopy of valid passport
Four Passport size photos (with blue or white background)
Copy of NADRA CNIC
House utility bills

How long is the processing time? Can it be made in a day?

In my case they said "Come on Monday", but i have heard people getting same day

just get it from the one you are currently residing in. That would be sufficient

No submitting two would not be harmful. Just make sure the addresses/dates on the police certificates match exactly with what you submit in your address history.

I'm in a grind.. I got PCC from East District Police but their format is they write current address, duration you've been living at that address and then state there is no record against you in that period. So, I got my PCC that only covers past 4 years... Now, to cover time from 18th birthday which was at another address, should I get a separate PCC for that period or what..? :/ Do they list multiple addresses and durations in same PCC? does anyone have experience with that? Can you guidde me how to obtain that?...
