PCC from Italy

Need to get PCC done for Italy. Currently in Canada. I checked the website: .giustizia.it/giustizia/it/mg_3_3_2.wp?tab=e,

but it's quite confusing.

Any help/advise or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

My lawyer asked me to present the following documents for the PCC:

- Certificato penale generale del casellario giudiziale
- Certificato dei carichi pendenti

They are both issued by "Procura della Repubblica presso il Tribunale di residenza" and they need to be issued for "uso emigrazione".

I presented the above docs and everything looks good.

If you're in Canada you may have 3 ways to get these papers:
- Someone for you can request them assuming they have a "procura notarile"
- Ask the italian consulate if they can provide the above papers
- Go to the italian consulate/embassy do a "procura notarile" on some relative living in Italy and he'll be able to get the papers on your behalf from the court house (tribunale)
