PCC from India (living in Canada) - Express entry procedure?

I'm in Canada since 3 years for studies now I want to apply for express entry, hence I need PCC from India..
Can someone please help me with the required docs and if I can apply online/procedure please?

There is an online application passport Seva check on that application and I guess you have to take your pcc from Indian embassy in Canada as your living in Canada since three years
