Hi... Could you please let me know, through which postal service received the PCC. Is there anyway to track it?Hello Guys,
I have received PCC from Germany (I belong to pune, India). It is just a one page document. Question 1: is it sufficient for the Canadian ITA?
Question 2: do i need to translate this document in English?!
Question 3: if yes, word file would be fine to show the translated content?!
Thanks in advance!
Did your receive the PCC. Could you please share from which Pincode it was sent and through which postal service?Hi.. I have also applied for the same. My documents were delivered on July 31, 2018 but I haven't received the certificate of conduct yet. The helpline number mentioned on their website is +49 228 99 410-5668.
When I tried calling on that number, I heard all calling (assuming IVR) options in German language. Can you plz tell me the keypad options to route the call directly to customer support team?
Or is there any other number you tried to connect with them?
Hope to hear from you..!!!
Yes, I have received the PCC but not from them directly. Actually, I was not able to connect to their helpline number. So I found their email id on one of the threads in canadavisa and sent them an email. They replied within few hours stating that they have sent my PCC through 'Luftpost (ohne Trackingnummer)' which when translated to English gave me 'airpost(without tracking number)'.Habe yo

hi... I also took the same route and got the scanned copy of my pcc.. Did you get it translated? Which translation service did you use?Yes, I have received the PCC but not from them directly. Then I replied and asked them to send me the PCC (colored scan) over the email itself which they clearly denied as they are not authorized to that. But they asked for a local German address on which they can send it again for free through ordinary post. So I gave my colleague's address who was returning to India last weekend and before leaving Germany, he got the letter. He handed over it to me in person.
They are very helpful and you can reach them on their email id -

Let me know if I can be of any further help.
Hi, just a quick question - What was the address mentioned on your PCC when you received it via this indirect way? (Is the address on PCC from Germany - your friend's or from India - your original home address when you applied for it?). Thanks in advance.Yes, I have received the PCC but not from them directly. It had my friend's address on top left corner of the document which I shared with them over the email, asking them to deliver the document to my friend's place in Germany. In the main content of the document (in center), my home address was mentioned which I filled in the form while applying for German PCC. My home address printed in the center of the document was not complete and that may be the reason that I never received the doc at my home address.Hi, just a quick question - What was the address mentioned on your PCC when you received it via this indirect way? Sorry for a late reply. I got it translated from a company called Mosaic Translations based out of Canada. For one page of German PCC, they charged me 40 CAD. The document was translated and emailed to me the same day when I paid for it. Also, they couriered my doc to one of my friend's place in Canada through regular post for free. Hope this helps!hi... When I called them they confirmed that PCC is dispatched on 29th Nov. But I haven't got the PCC yet .

2) can I request for another copy (cooir one) over email ?
3) or can I ask them to send on my friends address in Germany ?
